Bliss Euphoria Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit may be required to secure appointments.
Deposits are redeemable against the treatment cost but are forfeited if the cancellation policy is breached.
Prescription treatments may require products to be ordered specifically for the client.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.
Failure to attend without notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and may require full payment before future appointments.
Treatment Results
Aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed to produce identical results for every individual.
Results vary depending on individual anatomy, metabolism, healing response, medical history and lifestyle factors.
Anti-wrinkle treatments generally require up to 14–21 days to achieve their full clinical effect.
Dermal filler requires an appropriate healing period before the final result can be assessed.
Temporary swelling, bruising, asymmetry and unevenness may occur during healing and do not necessarily represent the final result.
Review Appointments
Clinical review appointments form part of the treatment process.
Treatments should not be assessed before the recommended review period unless an emergency complication is suspected.
Where clinically indicated, a practitioner may recommend a top-up treatment following assessment at the review appointment.
Complimentary top-ups, where offered, are entirely at the practitioner's clinical discretion and are only available following attendance at the scheduled review appointment within the recommended timeframe.
Refund Policy
As aesthetic treatments are medical procedures involving professional skill, prescription medicines and sterile products, refunds cannot be provided simply because the desired cosmetic outcome has not yet been achieved.
Refunds are not available where the client chooses not to attend the recommended review appointment.
Refunds are not available where additional treatment has been recommended but declined.
Each concern will be assessed individually following clinical review.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate medical information.
Follow all written and verbal aftercare advice.
Attend scheduled review appointments.
Notify the clinic promptly if they have concerns or believe a complication has arisen.
Understand that failure to follow aftercare advice may affect treatment outcomes.
Practitioner Rights
The clinic reserves the right to:
Decline or discontinue treatment where the therapeutic relationship has broken down.
Decline treatment where the practitioner believes it is not clinically appropriate.
Refer complaints to the clinic's professional indemnity insurer.
Require communication regarding formal complaints to take place in writing.
Complaints Procedure
Any concerns should be raised directly with the clinic to allow investigation and appropriate clinical review.
Where appropriate, complaints may be referred to the clinic's professional indemnity insurer.
Clients are encouraged to allow the recommended healing period and attend the scheduled review appointment before requesting remedial treatment, except where urgent medical concerns arise.
Liability
The clinic is not liable for outcomes resulting from:
Failure to disclose relevant medical information.
Failure to follow written or verbal aftercare advice.
Failure to attend review appointments.
Individual variations in healing or response to treatment where treatment has been provided appropriately.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Refund Policy
At Bliss Euphoria Aesthetics, client safety and satisfaction are our priority. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not automatically available once a treatment has been carried out.
Deposits are non-refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds will not be issued simply because a client changes their mind after treatment.
Refunds will not be provided because treatment results are still within the normal healing or settling period.
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Variations in healing, bruising, swelling, or the time taken for results to develop do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Clients are expected to attend or arrange a review appointment if they have concerns. Where clinically appropriate, follow-up treatment or a top-up may be recommended.
Concerns should be reported to the clinic as soon as possible, with clear photographs if requested, to allow an appropriate assessment.
If a treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe before it is performed, the clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, concerns will be investigated and appropriate remedies considered in accordance with applicable law.
By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that they understand the risks, expected healing process, aftercare requirements, and that aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals.
